Job Description :

The sales lead is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving store financial goals by demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies.

Core Roles:

Customer Service and Sales Floor Leadership


Provide and model legendary customer service to all customers.

Maintain awareness of customer traffic

Interact effectively with other employees, management and customers

Ensure team demonstrates exceptional selling behaviors and utilizes brand specific selling programs

Achieve shift goals for payroll, store shrink and transactions

Ensure employees are knowledgeable of financial goals, results and opportunities

Inform supervisor of employee performance issues and concerns

Initiate on-going professional development through the use of available tools and programs



Works effectively with other employees and management

Receptive to feedback, willingly accepts direction, and guidance

Flexible with tasks

Store Operations


Adhere to all policies and procedures

Ensure store is clean and maintained to visual standards

Complete markdowns and replenishment processes

Support loss prevention measures by securing cash, merchandise, and company assets

Job Requirements :

Work Schedule (There is no guarantee of a set schedule or amount of hours)

Availability must be a minimum 20 hours/3 shifts weekly

Availability must allow for the store to adhere to company policy, effective scheduling guidelines and state law

Shifts ranging from 2.5 to 8 hours, approximately 12-25 hours a week, based on the needs of the business, not to exceed 29 hours a week

Available for peak selling times including but not limited to, new lines, inventory, sales promotions, special events and holidays

May work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays depending on store business and staffing level

Sales leads may be scheduled opening, mid, or closing shifts, depending on store business and staffing level

Extended shifts will be scheduled if a shortage of staffing occurs and/or during peak selling times, which include but are not limited to, new lines, inventory, sales promotions, special events, and holidays
