We are seeking qualified and experienced part-time Ambassadors to aid in the tourist and customer experience by creating a memorable and lasting first impression. This person must be passionate and possess a broad knowledge about the local and surrounding areas of Southern California. A previous background in tourist or welcome centers, customer service, sales, coordinating, and concierge is a huge plus.

QUALIFICATIONS: * A minimum of ONE year of customer service experience required

  • Able to ENTHUSIASTICALLY and happily welcome and greet new guests as they arrive
  • Sharp, self-motivated, detail oriented, fast learning computer literate individual
  • Able to have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Outgoing and enjoys promoting
  • Excellent listening and phone skills and able to think on your feet
  • Customer service oriented and communicates well with clients, guests, and staff
  • Professional, responsible and dependable
  • Takes initiative helping others
  • Works great with others in a fun, fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus
  • Quickly and professionally answers calls and assist with guest needs
  • High level of professionalism
  • BILINGUAL a PLUS!

DUTIES: Responsibilities include: overseeing and creating a positive guest experience, answering phones, light sales, assisting guests with directions or questions about the center, promoting events, guest relations, and all other visitor center tasks.
