Couture Towel is a specialty towels retailer founded on a simple idea: offer each customer the 

best possible service, quality, value and selection. We're looking for exceptional salespeople to 

provide outstanding customer service, develop strong customer relationships and build individual 

sales volume.

As a Sales Specialist at Couture Towel your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships 

with your clients. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in 

our store is nothing other than OUTSTANDING. You will become a part of a dynamic selling 

environment where your fashion sense and selling experience will make you an important 

part of our team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to demonstrating 

OUTSTANDING customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing 

clients with product knowledge, calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise and 

working as part of a team to meet individual and team objectives.

The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives

Responsibilities

• OUTSTANDING Customer Service priority

• Meeting or exceeding sales and new account goals

• Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your 

product

• Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction 

and the maintenance of a client file

• Demonstrate knowledge of all products and services and use this knowledge to build 

sales

• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team

• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and use

• Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, 

suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events

• Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer

• Teamwork Oriented; Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best 

service possible
