The Limited– Store Manager

The Store Manager is accountable for driving profitable business results and operational
excellence through effective selection, proper placement, training, coaching and utilization of store
associates. Key areas of focus include the client experience, retail revenue growth, expense
management, marketing, merchandising and process execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client-Centric - Build a store environment that is consistently focused on delivering exceptional
client engagement experiences.
• Lead a consistent focus in delivering exceptional client experiences
• Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the business/market to
capture a greater market share
• Remain up-to-date of what is current in the fashion industry
• Ensure Client Experience Brand Standards are maintained
Merchandising Excellence - Clearly and consistently represent merchandising principles.
• Understand business concepts and use strategic processes to make good business
decisions
• Ensure visual guidelines are set in accordance with Company direction
• Ensure implementation of company selling strategies
• Ensure Merchandising Brand Standards are maintained
Operational Excellence - Create and sustain systems that support company goals and initiatives.
• Ensure team communication
• Direct workforce management activities
• Direct merchandise flow activities
• Manage controllable expenses
• Maintain policies and procedures
• Loss Prevention/Safety
• Ensure Operational Brand Standards are maintained
Leadership Attributes - Identify, recruit, hire and retain talented associates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven ability to drive sales results
• Strong supervisory, communication and client service skills
• Minimum of two years of retail experience
• Prior retail sales management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
